What do you like most about where you currently live?

I live in a small town close to a shopping centre and train station. Less than an hour to London

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I have recently retired so have time to do things I enjoy including going on dates!

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I read a lot, listen to music, shop of course and love visiting coffee shops. I’m not much of a drinker but do love my coffee

Where in the world are your favourite places?

I have visited quite a few places in Europe as well as Australia and Japan. I would like to go back to both and also love Amsterdam

Where in the world would you love to visit?

A romantic trip to the Maldives would be nice but first need someone to be romantic with!

What would you do on an ideal date?

I think a first date should be kept simple in case either of us want to make a quick exit so a coffee and a chat is ideal

What are you looking for in a partner?

Just someone genuine and honest to spend time with which will hopefully lead to a relationship. In case it’s not clear I’m not interested in friends with benefits or in meeting anyone who isn’t single.

What makes a good relationship?

Talking things through is so important. You can’t resolve any problems if you don’t talk about them. A mutual attraction is also necessary of course

What makes you laugh?

So many different things but often things kids say. They just speak their mind. Also first messages that very imaginatively say Hi!

What music do you like?

I like all sorts of music from the old Motown stuff to Adele, Lewis Capaldi, Harry Styles and many more

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Has to be having my kids, all grown up of course and leading great lives

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Meeting someone and having lots of good times together
