I'm a retired fireman, I still try and keep myself fit. I do some coaching and personal training to keep myself busy and help the local community. I participating in most outdoor activities and regularly compete in marathons and triathlons, I go to the gym several times a week and struggle if I don't do some kind of fitness activitie everyday. I also enjoy travel, eating out and cooking. Look to meet someone for a laugh, bit of flirtation and maybe more. she needs to be full of life, open minded and a little/very adventures. Life is about the journey not necessarily the destination, but the road trip.
