What are you looking for in a partner?

A long term loyalty with an intelligent, discerning woman. Someone who is articulate and literate. On various sites I have had some quite ‘brutal’ experiences with people who blow hot and cold and treat the whole experience as if they were contemplating borrowing a library book! I am looking for a sensible, direct and genuinely honest woman - they can be as eccentric and as ‘left field’ as they want; as artistic and individualistic as their fancy takes them - I just want to avoid truculent, insincere people who are devoid of a caring, considerate moral compass.

What makes a good relationship?

Selflessness; giving an enormous emotional commitment to your partner - and never expecting anything in return: only to be stunned and genuinely surprised/delighted when that is reciprocated: -

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Many things, but a few moments stand out: -

1/ Acceptance on the Acting Course at RADA (The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art).
2/ Directing my 1st production at the RSC. (The Royal Shakespeare Company.
3/ The births of my x 3 children.
4/ My football team, Everton, winning its 1st trophy, after x 14 years, in 1984.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Finding a truly good woman whom I can cherish as a life partner.
