Enjoy Volunteering with a Good Neighbours Team where possible, delivering medication /shopping since 2020.

Also involved with a Foundation where I speak at Conferences from time to time.
This assists with Research & Training to help children whose parents have passed away by suicide. The Baton of Hope in Milton Keynes 2023 was amazing.

Would love to volunteer at an Animal Shelter weekends, still looking.
