What do you like most about where you currently live?

Great neighbours, friendly and community spirited. Lovely area, fairly quiet. Near open countryside, great for walking. Near to Rushden Lakes, enough said lol.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I love being retired, never have a problem filling my days, if anything have more trouble fitting everything in.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Walking my dog, cheeky little Shih Tzu cross. Spending time with my family. Cinema visits. Theatre. Eating out. Socialising. Reading. Watching TV. Crossword puzzles. Knitting.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Wow how to choose! I loved visiting Egypt, Sri Lanka, Marguerita, The Maldives, I spent a lot of time in West Africa and Spain, they have special memories for me.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

India. China. Norway. Russia.

What would you do on an ideal date?

Difficult one to answer for me. Could be something simple and relaxing like a lovely walk and a coffee, to watching a game of Rugby, visiting the theatre.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Humour, good natured, uncomplicated, honest, trustworthy, easy going but decisive.

What makes a good relationship?

Honesty every time. Communication! Compromise.

What makes you laugh?

Good banter, witty comments, especially sarcasm. I'm really good at that and love to meet a like minded person who doesn't take themselves to seriously.
Animals, they do the silliest things!

What music do you like?

So many kinds from Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin ( showing my age now lol) to Frank Sinatra, Dolly Parton, Rag and Bone Man, Habib Koite and loads more

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

My kids and grandkids no question.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Same as most people I think. Seeing my grandkids grow up and make their way in the future, watching my kids growing into beautiful people.
Hopefully enjoying good health and being as able bodied and independent as I can.
Having a rest and putting my feet up!!
