Bob46 is separated and is seeking females for friendship.

I retired fairly recently and I am basically looking for friendship and someone to share outings, social occasions and possibly holidays.
I enjoy Indoor bowls (green bowls) theatre, dancing, cinema, dining out, pubs, swimming, games, sailing, walking, cycling, and socialising.
I have recently started ballroom and Latin classes and I am also going to beginners sessions for ceroc dancing as it is much like jive which I did when younger.
I would really like to meet someone for friendship who could partner up for dancing and ceroc dance social evenings, other outings and shares some of my interests.
My ideal match would be relaxed easy going and share some of my interests especially dancing. It would not matter if they were experienced dancers or beginners like myself as long as we enjoyed being together on the dance floor.
The same would apply to other activities especially bowls which I recently started. The bowls club also holds social evenings.
Ideally they would enjoy other outings such as pub, restaurants, theatre, cinema and possibly holidays.
My ideal match might also enjoy some physical activities such as walking, swimming, and cycling.

Retired but previous jobs in UK and overseas including Singapore, Seychelles, and Kenya

Dining, Dancing, Theatre, and Comedy

What are you looking for in a partner?

Ideally I would like to meet someone who would be interested in learning ballroom, latin and jive at dance classes in the Upminster area as I intend to try and revive my dancing interest by going back to beginner classes. I also would enjoy the company of anyone with a good sense of humour who enjoys the great outdoors and visiting different places.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

The challenges of working on overseas projects and experiencing other cultures including 3 years in Singapore, 5 years in the Seychelles, and 12 years in Kenya.
I also spent 12 years serving in the Royal Navy on HMS Mermaid, HMS London and HMS Collingwood which included many activities and travel to different countries.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Enjoyable retirement with some travel and reviving my ballroom and latin dancing activities.
Meeting new faces in my age group for social events and possible holidays.
