What do you like most about where you currently live?

Village atmosphere. It has a pub, chippy, indian, CooP. The church (I'm not religious) 4 mins away runs a beer festival with live bands and great home cooked food 3x a year. The village has pop-in-the-park yearly and a fab fireworks night.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

Retired last month ... now training to be a bus drive to take school children to and from school. Training is tricky, but I'll get there.
Previously own business in property development.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I like to be fairly fit and healthy. I play league table tennis for Ely. I (indoor) row twice a week (Concept2). I walk around the edge of the village (about 5k) with ear buds listening to pod casts ... sometimes I jog. I have my own gym stuff.
IMPORTANT - that allows me to have a beer/wine/gnt and eat what I want when I want. It's called life balance 8-)))

Where in the world are your favourite places?

England. Would like to explore more. That includes British Isles. Yes I've been to USA, Taiwan, Germany (yearly), most skiing resorts in europe and Bulgaria etc. Favourite place ... England.
Would like to visit Canada too.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Canada because it's different - in a camper van would be ... good, a challenge, fun?

What would you do on an ideal date?

Great conversation, lots of smiles, maybe a glass or two of red. Chill and enjoy each other.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Happy, reasonably healthy and fun to be with. Enjoys live music, ideally popular and pop rock - recently saw copies of Kate Bush, Blondie, ELO and Queen in Ely.
Eats pretty much anything.
Definitely like a beer/wine/gnt etc - I personally think if people aren't prepared to let their hair down then they are not for me.
Likes to keep slim and trim ... but as we get older that's not as easy as it used to be 8-)
Likes new releases at the cinema and occasionally going to the theatre - my last visit was London to see Lord of the Dance, excellent.

What makes a good relationship?

Best friends, mutual attraction, having your own interests as well as sharing your partners. Inclusion - "sharing" and be welcomed by both sets of families.
Fun, laughter, serious when needs be.

What makes you laugh?

People - they can be so funny. Too many things to list.

What music do you like?

Pop rock, rock, popular, Rad2. Bands seen include Queen, Robbie, Quo, Tom Robinson, The Stranglers and Genesis.
Copy bands (in Ely) last couple of years include Queen, Led Zep, Blondie, Deep Purple, ELO, Kate Bush, Pink Floyd.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

My daughter ... simply the best.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Life ... we're not here for long, get out there and live it!
