About Collins161
Collins161 is single and is seeking females for a serious relationship.
What do you like most about where you currently live?
It's nice and quiet in my street and there are 3 local parks within 10 minutes of where I live and there are plenty of local shops nearby.
What do you enjoy most about your current job?
I no longer work, call it early retirement, I took voluntary redundancy during the first lockdown before the employer made forced redundancies.
What are your favourite leisure activities?
I was knocked off my bicycle by an irresponsible driver a couple of years back and I'm currently doing various leg exercises to strengthen my legs, this includes distance walking and when able to like canoeing, rowing, swimming, going to Brighton on a warm day as they have lots of great live music venues. I also like inviting friends round for garden barbecues during the summer and my bit of garden is currently undergoing some improvement works.
Where in the world are your favourite places?
Letterkenny, Donegal, Belfast, N Ireland, Portrush N Ireland (Great seaside town) Galway in the summertime, Torrevieja, Southern Spain, Amsterdam, Holland at Christmas time.
Where in the world would you love to visit?
Would like to go to Barbados for a holiday now it's a Republic and no longer has the Queen as Head of State, I'm hoping all the other Caribbean Countries follow Barbados and become independent Republics also.
What would you do on an ideal date?
1st meeting would be a nice welcoming relaxing venue where we could have a nice beverage and a nice chat to see how we'd get along. Somewhere where we could hear one another when chatting.
What are you looking for in a partner?
Someone loyal, can communicate well, trust and honesty
What makes a good relationship?
Communication, talking about anything that arises rather than holding it in.
What makes you laugh?
Lots of things and currently the Stand Up Comic Paul Chowdhry, that man has me in hysterics and Micky Flannigan, he's one funny man as well. I went to see him some time back at the Hackney Empire Theatre.
What music do you like?
I have a wide and varied music taste, I do like Jamaican Ska and 2Tone as I grew up in the 70's and 80's, Roots Reggae from the 70's/80's, 70's Disco, 80's Soul n Funk. Not really into that rave stuff with all that industrial drilling machine background noise, it's only for Nutta's, Hipsters and old Punk Rockers.
What has been the highlight of your life so far?
Working with the former Channel Bee Team, Tim Lovejoy and Co, I had some hilarious times working on stuff with them. My daughters, seeing them grow up into independent strong women and able to look after themselves, being at their births and feeling a high that no drug could ever give you.
What are you looking forward to in the future?
Just to meet someone who really wants to settle down and go out to places/venues that we'd both enjoy in each others company. Not a lot to ask for or want.
