I am lively, unpredictable and a bit of a madcap. I love my cat- he listens to me! I have a fascination with wolves, moles and Vikings. I have written and illustrated one children's book and trying to write a sequel. I love reading, wine gums and liquorish. (Often all at the same time). I am arty and creative but struggle with gardening.I love wine but have fallen out with cooking. I am kind and thoughtful. I dislike smokers and tattoos. I have a quirky sense of humour and see the funny side in so many things. A good friendship is the way to start . If you are a snazzy dresser, good speller, well educated, like cooking and gardening, has a lively attitude to lfe, and of course enjoys kisses and cuddles then I think we could be good friends!! What do you like most about where you currently live?

I love the countryside around me but it's handy to pop into a local town for shopping, seeing friends and entertainment

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I taught for 35 years at primary school level but I am very glad that's all over!

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I love reading, visiting friends, volunteering in a charity shop, running a dining group, sewing, writing my second book, drawing, heaps more.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

There are too many to describe. My home is now very special to me.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Perhaps re-visit Scotland, Scandinavia, Italy

What would you do on an ideal date?

A meal out with wine and the chance to really find out about each other

What are you looking for in a partner?

Kindness, friendship, sparkly eyes, winning smile, thoughtfulness, affection.

What makes a good relationship?

Listening to each other, respect, understanding each others moods

What makes you laugh?

Jokes, funny stories, silly shop adverts.

What music do you like?

So many to choose from. I enjoy some of 60s, 70s and 80s with folk, country, classical, rock thrown in too

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Having my independence at long last!

What do I dislike in a partner?

I dislike being 'fussed over'. I am fiercely independent. I dont like smelly, unwashed bodies and hair. I dislke tattoos, I don't like men who cannot take a decent photo or can't write about themselves. I don't like rudeness or being ignored. Too many other things to write about........
