Beautiful views, quiet unless I have music speaker on!!, peaceful. An old cottage with great history. Outside the village but close enough for convenience.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

Loved my job but haven't missed it (apart from the people) for an instant since I retired.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Family and local history. Dancing. Watching Huddersfield Town win. Listening.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

New Zealand, Switzerland and my garden.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

The Falkland Islands

What would you do on an ideal date?

Talk/listen to each other having a coffee or a glass of real ale.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Mainly a meeting of minds.

What makes a good relationship?

Mutual support in a wide variety of situations.

What makes you laugh?

I can usually see the humour in most situations.

What music do you like?

40's, big bands, 50's and some 60's.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

I couldn't choose just one!!

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Whatever life throws at me.
