Before I start, I am a total foodie!

Well about me... I'm pretty laid back and can be serious when I need to be! I'm 5ft 10 short, medium built, slightly muscular, brown eyes, short hair (sometimes shaved), I love to laugh with a dry sense of humour…

I love music, very philosophical, love travelling, I ove short breaks abroad, (I have lived in a few countries, at least 10 states in the USA, Europe, Asia, Africa etc and as a result, I've got what one might refer to as a very mixed United Nation's’ accent.

I love walks along the seaside… well, along the London Southbank embankment anyway, I love anything that makes me laugh; I'm a BIG fan of comedy shows and live gigs. I enjoy cooking; I can be in the kitchen cooking for hours.

Six things I could never do without…. in no particular order:
1. Family
2. Friends
3. Laughter / comedy
4. Food
5. Travel – especially short breaks abroad
6. That’s for me to know and you to find out but I bet it’s not what you think it is.

Three things I most certainly don’t do:
1. Stress
2. Regrets
3. Violence of any kind!
