What do you like most about where you currently live?

I've moved house a lot but where I am now is the place I love most. It's the best of all worlds, countryside, town and the coast not far away. The people are wonderful too which is the main thing.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I'm retired now but used to work in farming then tech and loved them both. Farming was slightly less stressful though.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Shopping in a big mall, drinking coffee/tea and chatting. I can multi task.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

That's an easy one, home.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

I'd enjoy seeing more of Britain and the bliss of not queuing at airports is a big plus. Just get in the car and the holiday begins by looking for the best greasy spoon cafe for breakfast.

What would you do on an ideal date?

Meet for coffee have a chat and decide if we like each other or not and wing it from there.

What are you looking for in a partner?

I'm probably asking for too much but on my list of likes would be...Someone who is an old school gentleman who likes nice days out. Someone who is light hearted and loves to laugh. Someone who doesn't expect me to join them skydiving, skiing, cycling or camping in a tent - I am not psychologically equipped for these kind of escapades. :)

Someone calm and stress free who is kind, polite, witty and reliable...and who would like to settle down into contented companionship and happiness with a really nice lady...

Important bit: need to have a profile pic.. Another really important bit: I don't drive. And another: please don't engage me in constant conversation if you have no intention of meeting.

What makes a good relationship?

Forgiveness and love.

What makes you laugh?

Lots of things...people being serious and accidentally saying stupid things.

What music do you like?

Music from the 60s to modern day ballads and opera. Like most of the population I'm not a fan of jazz.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Perhaps I'll know it when I find it.

How long does this take?

It's not as easy to find someone as it first appears, is it? Any tips?
