IMy friends assure me I am kind, outgoing and ever-cheerful; the glass is always half-full! I really do enjoy life and consider myself very lucky that I have managed to earn a living writing books which I would do for pleasure anyway! I had my first story published when I was still at school and haven't stopped since – with some 400 or so books now published. I adore my cat Sunny and being in the garden. Even the 'chores' of weeding and watering present an opportunity to see new flowers opening, butterflies and bees. I also have had enormous pleasure travelling and love Greece and Turkey. My family is super-important to me and I have a son and daughter, four stepchildren, two adorable grandchildren and three amazing step-grandkids. I have been married twice, both times very happily.
