About Glassof
Glassof is divorced and is seeking males for friendship or a serious relationship.
What do you like most about where you currently live?
It has easy motorway access. It's quiet and it has lots to offer: countryside; a decent town/schools/theatre and a decent variety of things to see and do.
What do you enjoy most about your current job?
The freedom of retirement and voluntary situations.
What are your favourite leisure activities?
Country walks. Investigating new places. Eating out and dog walking.
Where in the world are your favourite places?
Anywhere where there's lots to see and do. Greece for relaxing, the States, Australia and Canada for room to manoeuvre, history, space and interest.
Where in the world would you love to visit?
Anywhere civilised, with great food. I'd love to travel America by train
What would you do on an ideal date?
Everything is informal these days so for the initial date perhaps coffee n cake. After that and as long as involves talking to each other, I enjoy Chinese, Italian, Indian etc.
What are you looking for in a partner?
I would like him to be solvent, polite, gentlemanly and a reasonable cook as I'm hopeless. I'd like him to think a couple of theatre tickets was a good idea and that the world is to be enjoyed while we still can. I love home-life and just as much, seeing new places.
What makes a good relationship?
Sharing. Talking. Laughing. Doing. Seeing. Being a partnership and generally caring for another special person. Wanting to be with each other and trusting when you're not. Consideration.
What makes you laugh?
Terry & June and as Time Goes By. Judy Dench and Geoffrey Palmer are perfect together.
Animals make me laugh, as do children...and quick retorts sometimes. It's a great gift to have a sense of humour.
What music do you like?
Motown, Soul, Dolly Parton, Neil Diamond, Phil Spectre, Barbara Streisand - absolutely anything except heavy rock really. I love music and have it playing any time when I'm in. I love Alexa too when she plays my created favourite playlists.
What has been the highlight of your life so far?
The freedom. My career has paid for what I choose to do. Time goes by all too quickly but now we're not answerable and committed.
What are you looking forward to in the future?
Sharing with and caring about someone special. Someone as ordinary as me who wants to see what's happening out there and going ahead and doing it.
Will we like each other?
There's only one way to find out so coffee, tea or a glass of!
