JUST TO SAY I DON'T DO LONG DISTANCE DATING AS JUST DOESN'T WORK FOR ME

Hi, I'm Hampshire born and bred, widowed and missing that someone special to share all the good things in life as in laughs, eating out, theatre, live music, walks, holidays etc and especially hugs, can't beat a hug.
I like to think I'm a caring, considerate person and tend to look on the positive side of life so my cup is usually half full and like to think I've a good sense of humour and certainly have the ability to laugh at myself.
I might be in my 70's but fit and active and certainly feel young at heart, age is all in the mind, if you don't mind it doesn't matter.
My rule of thumb is to be kind and treat others as you wish to be treated then you can't go far wrong,
