- I haven't got my confirmation email
First of all, check in your SPAM/junk email folder. If it isn't there, make sure our email address, [email protected], is on your safe senders list (try adding it to your contacts). You can trigger a new email by logging in at the homepage. Finally, contact your ISP and check whether they have blocked an email from [email protected]. - I entered the wrong email address when I joined
Re-register again with the correct email address. - How do I cancel my membership?
