Here is a short summary of me. I am 6 foot one, bundle of fun. Moved back to Scotland after 35 years in Hampshire. Genuine guy ( widower). Been on my own too long. Like to give rather than receive. Younger outlook in life. Happy go lucky. Looking for a down to earth lady. I have a sense of humour. just look at my pics. I am honest, very caring, faithful, extrovert, generous, passionate and loyal. Love music, mostly rock, vinyl, and gigs, reading, rugby union, F1, walking without a dog (don't have), a good film, driving, antiques ( myself excluded), car boots, beach walking and gardening. Started playing table tennis. I used to volunteer in a wildlife animal hospital, but gave it up as I caught Covid. I adore all animals. I even brought 2 cats back from Greece, the house I lived in, in Greece was haunted. Never believe in ghosts, but I do now. I believe in old fashion values, opening doors for a lady, buying flowers, holding hands etc. I like to spoil my partner if I have one. I like to cook, but cooking for one is a necessity, cooking for 2 is a pleasure. Willing to travel within reason and relocate for the right lady. What do you like most about where you currently live?

It is in the country even though it is a town. I have only been here a year, but used to live here 35 years ago.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I am retired, used to work in telecoms as an engineer and a manager.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Reading, gardening, listening to music.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Thassos Greece. Used to live there.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Anywhere which is interesting, whether it is hot or cold, but prefer warmer climes.

What would you do on an ideal date?

Go for a drink and a meal and hopefully break the ice, but not the ice in the drinks.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Loyalty, faithful, trustworthy, sense of humour, compassion, fun to be with just be you.

What makes a good relationship?

Having same likes and dislikes, being faithful and caring to each other and love each other.

What music do you like?

60s and 70s rock. I used to have 800 albums , but recently sold 600 to make my music more manageable.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Brought 2 cats back from Greece to give them a better life in the UK.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

To have a loving relationship with a lady.
