My name is Glen, letchy is just a nickname if you were wondering, long story, got it when I was younger. I'm divorced, kids are all grown up, I work full time (the hours are a bit a pain but at least I'm working). Live and work in Luton. Been single since 2016, have been dating but haven't found that elusive spark yet..

What do you like most about where you currently live?

Its quiet, close to work , and the countyside is only a few mins drive away !!

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I work in the haulage industry, started as a agency driver, got take on as a full time driver, progressed to become warehouse supervisor, I'm now the senior transport planner, so I have started from the bottom and have worked my way up (its best to know the industry that way), i hope to progress further and learn even more .

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I do dabble with the gym but im not a frequent visitor, not blessed with a six pack and abs hard as nails, but im not a wimp, more of a gentle giant !!. Im a avid follower of football and some motorsports !! Used to play footy when younger , may take it up again

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Never left these shores, one day i will, but so far my favourite place is yorkshire, especially the moors !! The peace, the scenery and the walks are to die for !! But that will probably be eclipsed when i finally get to the lake district !! As you can tell, i like the countryside !!

What would you do on an ideal date?

I would say a restuarant , but im a bid old school, so maybe a picnic, say by a river or even on the river !!

What are you looking for in a partner?

Trust, honesty, respect, friendship and eventually, love !! Money cant by any of those, they have to be earnt !! And it takes two to make it all happen.
Im a non smoker, so would prefer likewise. Never been with anybody older than myself, but willing to go up to say 46 max

What makes a good relationship?

You need the connection !! The elusive spark !! You know when you have found it !! But all things start with trust, not only in relationships, but work and friendship as well, with out trust you have nothing

What makes you laugh?

Im a fan of stand up comedy, old school like jasper carrott and co !! Even the two ronnies can still make me giggle

What music do you like?

Anything from classical to drum and bass , all depends on my mood !!

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Was at the birth of all 3 of my kids, remember every moment !! Even thatof my eldest over 22 yrs ago !!, it's so fresh in my mind I can even remember that I had toast for breakfast as my daughter was born at 0603.
I'm also a platelet doner, I donate every 4to 6 weeks depending on when I'm required, so far I'm approaching my 70th donation.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Being happy !! And making someone happy

if i could go back in time, how far and what would you change ??

I would go back about 9 years ago, i got with a lady who i feel head over heals for , but turns out she wasn't what she seemed, ( she was always a female so no worries there ). Lets just say, a real life jekyle and hyde !! Enough said
