What do you like most about where you currently live?

It’s close to the countryside, shops and a handful of decent pubs. I am also close to my family.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I love the challenges that regularly arise week in, week out. No day is ever the same.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Leicester Tigers (rugby), MOTOGP, volunteering for SJA and RaceSafe.

Socialising with friends and family.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Yorkshire wildlife park, Cornwall, anywhere with my best friend, friends and family.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

I would love to visit Canada when the bear cubs are about or when the bears are feeding during the salmon run. There are so many other countries I’d love to visit to experience the cultures and traditions.

What would you do on an ideal date?

Decide mutually, but a nice pub for a drink or a meal so we could chat and feel relaxed. Or we could watch some rugby or motorbike racing!

What are you looking for in a partner?

A good sense of humour, open minded. Honest. Enjoys going out as well as nights in.

Not looking for a quick ‘hook up’ or ONS

I’d like to find someone around my age and not the other end of the country.

What makes a good relationship?

Honesty, friendship, intimacy, similar interests but also having your own life.
Laughing and talking, support and understanding.

What makes you laugh?

Life! Friends and family, Tim Minchin, my grandchildren… actually there are so many things it’s hard to just list them.

I have an eclectic taste in music, it’s easier to say that I don’t like: Elvis, country, religious, heavy metal or rave music.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Getting tickets to see Tim Minchin, my grandchildren.

Finding a partner in crime.
