Solvent and self-sufficient. After retiring from the hospitality trade (guest house) which I ran single-handedly I have spent 8 years renovating 2 properties and am now finally having a rest. I was quite happy being single but the pandemic has changed my mind so I am seriously looking for a more mature, nice happy, honest guy to go forward with, look out for and after each other, especially to be good to each other and share lots of good times with and not look back for the time I have left. Someone to dance me to the end of love as in the beautiful song by Leonard Cohen. Maybe travel a bit more when it is possible but not had time yet as I have been too busy working. I really would love to visit Canada and travel on the Rocketeer which is a train which includes a glass viewing carriage through the Canadian Rockies to Banff. But I have not made my bucket list yet. LOL

What do you like most about where you currently live?

It is by the the sea and the river.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Cinema, concerts, reading, walking, sudoku

Where in the world are your favourite places?

The Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Norway, Iceland, Canada, Ireland, France, Italy, Isle of Man TT and Wimbledon LOL

What would you do on an ideal date?

As I have only been to concerts on my own, I would love to be accompanied by a man to see artists we both like.

What are you looking for in a partner?

A tall, funny, honest guy to sweep me off of my feet as I have never been in love as yet. Someone to cherish.

What makes a good relationship?

Honesty, lots of cuddles and laughter and caring for each other.

What makes you laugh?

Kevin Bridges and I would love to see him on tour I cannot believe I have just discovered him. LOL

What music do you like?

Sixties mainly and some 70's and for classical Borodin and Grieg - as my grandfather was a Viking sailor from Norway

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

I think I am still waiting for it.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Hopefully to be with a lovely guy for the rest of my life. I have completed and sent off all the documentation required for dual nationality in Ireland and being back in the EU. I have now been successfully included on the Ireland Foreign Births Register because my grandmother came from Tipperary/Tipperary Town so I can now live and buy property in Ireland, have a dual passport and be back in the EU again.
