I love my walking although I have toned it down a lot since my younger days, no route marches here, although I am still up for an adventure with the right person.

Music especially live music has been a central part of my life, a very broad church of genres, a bit of blues or folk in an intimate and atmospheric venue would be my go to.

I am fascinated by History and better if I can build it into a holiday, the Colosseum and the Pyramids are two of the many places I would love to visit.

Equally the sofa has its attractions a good drama with a large Brandy is to die for, I'm loving Ludwig and Slow Horses at the moment.

A good book on any beach somewhere hot always appeals, I have just come back from Skiathos, absolutely gorgeous.

Quiet, no noise great shops round the corner

Leaving at five thirty - nothing in other words

Walking (when there's a pub involved) Biking - going out for meals

Whitby San Antonio (Texas)

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Egypt both the Pyramids and a cruise down the Nile

What would you do on an ideal date?

Go for a intimate candlelit dinner

Meeting a partner who completes me. Loving and supportive, who wants to spend time together.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Watching my son grow up go to Uni and knock it out of the park.
