Although I am an old guy, I keep myself very fit, mostly from open water swimming when the weather permits. Fortunately I live in an area where there are plenty of swimming choices. I do paddleboard (a little) and find that the swimming comes in useful. I still have my own hair and teeth, why would I wear somebody else's ?
I like to travel, travelled extensively throughtout the world both as part of my work (I still work part-time) and more recently on vacation.
