Still looking OK, and surprisingly not turning grey. The Almighty must've smiled at me upon hearing my heartfelt prayer re: not going bald and, perhaps, was a bit too energetic when praying, so that He misunderstood me a bit.

Now into power-walking as opposed to jogging. An hour and ten minutes a day works well for me, as long as it's not raining. Not into slipping (and getting hurt) on hard surfaces. It's gentler on my back than running, yet good enough to keep me fit.

I used to write fundraising proposals for charities. These days I write bids for tenders. It kind of pays better.

I am big movies-buff. If you like art-house/indie cinema, great! If you like other stuff, I've probably seen your favourite flicks too, if they have good write-ups.

My taste in music is eclectic. My user name is a nod to Jonathan Richman and The Modern Lovers. (You might know dancing to their Egyptian Reggae. Roadrunner was in the charts too). Love the 60's/70's music, seeing old TOTP clips, some 80's stuff can be amazing, and surprisingly like some 21st century music too. Jazz doesn't move me. Techno works well for me - if I have to do something on my comp at a short notice - gets me more focused.

FUN FACT - There is a well in a village somewhere in South East Madagascar that has been bearing your truly's name for 20+ years now. Although I've never been over there, I was raising money for clean water to be brought to these people in the 90's. Someone over there decided to name one of the wells after me.
