Hi, and thank you for deciding to look past the photo to see who I actually am. I consider myself to be active, robust, intelligent and not signed up to consumerism or the passive life style. I am open-minded and can see the positive in most things. I cannot abide egotists or bigots, and find this is becoming more prevalent, hence unwilling to befriend the majority of people. Is it me, or the way society is evolving, that's for you to decide. Interested in ecology, self sufficiency, science/engineering and live by the belief of sharing and helping others. (I'm grounded so operate "quid-pro-quo" philosophy where we can both improve each others lives).

Enjoy exploring and challenges, so happy taking the calculated risks. When cycling or walking I will add interest by taking an alternative route back, even when not ideal. I don’t have arbitrary restrictions on the people I befriend, and am drawn to people who are different? Please do not contact me to boost your ego or make up your quota, time is too precious. Being an engineer, I tend to analyse situations, before making any decisions and here I sense there is a culture here that I don't fully subscribe to, so if you don't take heed of my profile, or mislead people with yours, then probably we will not get along. Only interested in people who live in reality but can play in the lighter side of life. We all construct our perceptions from these profiles, but I can only give credence to the person within, after we have met. I believe the majority of a person's personality is unspoken :-)
