About Pipsicato
Pipsicato's relationship status wasn't listed as an option and is seeking males for a serious relationship.
What are your favourite leisure activities?
Walking my dogs.
My two dogs, Pippa and Leah are my life, because I have no one else to love at the moment. I knew that I would walk them regularly which would help give me the impetus to go out every day and walk. It worked! I had the company, I loved the dogs and suddenly I was out every morning walking!
I bought them in 2022 and I had been searching for Shetland Sheepdogs for a tri colour Shetland Sheepdog since my last one died in 2016. I got lucky in 2022 and was able to find two litter sisters in Hull.
They would follow me anywhere, they will come to me when I am sad or upset and sit by my side until I feel better. They love me as much as I love them, so I cook meqt from my own butchers for them myself.
I set my alarm for 4.45am each morning at this time of the year - mid June - and by 5.15 am at the latest, we are off down to the river Blythe, or up to Parkhall hills and we walk together for a minimum of an hour each day. Sometimes it is 2 hours.
I do this because they give me everything that they have freely and I owe it to them to return their investment in me.
Plus I get my daily exercise of course.
Where in the world are your favourite places?
Cilgwyn, a hamlet 1,000 feet up on Cilgwyn Mountain in North Wales. There was no neighbours for 1/4 of a mile from the house. The road stopped 1/4 of a mile from the house too and we used a mountain track then to reach the house.
We had 4 acres of land complete with dry stone walls surrounding the house, which kept the dogs inside and the sheep out on the mountain, exactly what we had been looking for when we were searching for a property.
We also had our own water supply, which wasn't always a blessing! We also had frequent and brutal gales, wind was our main enemy because the house was so exposed and we soon started to buy and plant lots of trees!
We were also snowed in for a couple of weeks, most years, usually in late January or February.
I used to live there for 25 years and I buried a lot of dogs and cats who I loved and lost while I was there in our/my own pet cemetary. One day I will be with them once again in that cemetary, where I have stood so many times and talked to my girls.
Yes, all my dogs were female, you can't have multiple unspeyed bitches, in the house as well as entire male dogs in the house if you don't want lots of puppies, so we had females only.
I have so many wonderful memories of Cilgwyn and at times I wish I was still there, but living alone in such an isolated place as I aged was never going to last forever. My husband had gone shopping one day and never returned, so I was totally alone with my dogs and Ted my cat after that! I had to make the only decision I could make, I sold the house!
My second favourite place is Malaysia. I discovered Malaysia in the late 70's.
Where in the world would you love to visit?
I'd love to return to Hong Kong for a visit, just to see how much of a mess has been made of it and to weep over what was in 1978/79.
I found Penang first. A little island
What would you do on an ideal date?
Go to the most beautiful beach somewhere in the world, where the turtles lay their eggs in the white sand. Where palm trees bend and their leaves swish in the wind and where beautifully coloured fish swim around our toes!
There we would talk for hours and learn about each other.
What are you looking for in a partner?
I am looking for a partner to share everything in my life with me, every minute of it.
I am a tactile lady, I like holding hands while walking along and I would love kisses while we walked too.
Yet while we shared every second together there would have to also be time and space for each of us to pursue our own times in life when we may want to be alone, or visit friends, whatever, because we can't be each others keeper. We share every minute of every day and yet we must also be free. Because Love can't take prisoners.
We rely on trust, truth and respect for each other to bring us back together each time we spend time apart.
What makes a good relationship?
We love each other, we have trust in each other and we give each other the truth which we each must have from the other.
That all leads to respect for each other which has to be.
What music do you like?
I like every type of music, but not every piece of music. On different days I may like or dislike something that I had danced to with joy, the day before. I love music.
What has been the highlight of your life so far?
Delivering my own three children and also delivering 8 children as a Pupil Midwife many years ago. I often think of them and wonder where they are, did they do well, are they alive?? I hope so.
What are you looking forward to in the future?
I hope to find a partner to share my life with and I hope that we bring each other deep joy to our hearts.
