Hi! I'm Greg. I have been single for some five years now, sadly following the death of my long term partner, during which time I have been mostly keeping myself busy volunteering for Oxfam and St Francis Hospice, through which I have made some really great friendships. I have a number of fairly passionate enthusiasms (some would say obsessions!), especially music and cinema, along with some somewhat less adult pursuits! I suppose in many respects I am still waiting to become a grown-up!

What do you like most about where you currently live?

The public parks nearby, such as Valentine's Park

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

Making a difference in my voluntary positions at Oxfam and St Francis Hospice shops, and the banter and working together with my fellow voluntary colleagues

Where in the world are your favourite places?

I love France, and I am also really rather partial to the Isle Of Wight

What makes you laugh?

Really well written and acted comedy films, such as the original "The Producers", with Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder, or "The Odd Couple", with Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon

What music do you like?

Classical (huge obsession!), and some jazz, although I know next to nothing about the latter, and still less about any category of pop music!
