A variety of ethnic shops, nice local parks. It's gotten busy, more traffic...more people - it would be nice to move away from hustle & bustle of everything.

Going to the park with my son, taking longs walks in the sunshine, chilling with family and friends, would love to live down the coast, maybe at retirement age
