reefcheck is divorced and is seeking females for friendship or a casual relationship or a serious relationship.

I have been divorced for over 12 years now and now would like to meet someone again for a genuine relationship or friendship. I live in a rented house at the moment but at the moment I am in the process of moving to another place in Bideford. I have two daughters who live locally and a son in the army. I own a kayak and enjoy paddling on the Torridge , also like to walk the coast path. I sometimes go to the theatre in Barnstaple ,depending what's on etc. It would be nice to meet someone locally and see how we get on.

What do you like most about where you currently live?

I live near the sea in N Devon which is a lovely part of the country ,the coutnryt side can be stunning

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I am semi retired now as i used to be self employed , but sometimes help om my son in laws farm. i also do a bit of driving and building work

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Walking the coast path is something i really enjoy , plus scuba diving when the weather is ok. Also just started to learn to surf !

Where in the world are your favourite places?

I love Scotland as i was born there but have lived in England for most of my adult life , and lived in various places

Where in the world would you love to visit?

I would love to visit New Zealand as my two daughters have lived there and one of my grand daughters was born there

What would you do on an ideal date?

Not really sure what an ideal date would be , someone who you can communicate with and feel comfortable with in there company

What are you looking for in a partner?

Someone who is easy going and is open minded about life . It sdifficult to define as sometimes even the most opposite of people really hit it off

What makes a good relationship?

mutual respect and be able to talk to each other about any subject, plus trust and it is nice to be interested in your partners activities

What makes you laugh?

comedy films , sometimes shows on the radio . Some books are funny. I hope to meet someone who has a sense of humour

What music do you like?

classical and jazz mainly, i enjoy going to the theatre when i can afford it in Barnstaple they have some good concerts now and then

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

My family. I have to do a lot of babysitting for my daughters as she has to work shifts ,nights early etc, and it can be a bit constraining at times

What are you looking forward to in the future?

hopefully keeping in good health and meeting someone new in my life, i sometimes think it is a lost cause as you get older
