What do you like most about where you currently live?

This area in Margam is so quiet that I and the other neighbours know a strange vehicle parked for more than 24 hours.
So close to the M4 so easy access to go out and about.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I am a retired Electro-Mechanical Engineer, to keep my brain active I repair laptops and desktop computers, it's very interesting.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I used to like Scuba Diving but since Covid reared its ugly head I have not travelled as much.
With that said I like to eat out at various restaurants that have foreign menus, Thai being my all-time favourite.
Would be so much pleasanter with a partner, then we could compare dishes.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

WOW, I am on my 7th UK passport, all the others were filled up with "Port of Entry" stamps due to my Scuba Diving activities.
Seriously thinking about it, it would be five BUT there are many more.
1) Mombassa & Dar-es-Salam (African East Coast)
2) Great Barrier Reef
3) The Caribbean, several Islands
4) New Zealand (North Island, Auckland, Whangarei & Opua, great they are all situated in bays, even Auckland sort of.
5) New Orleans, pre Catrina, (for the Mardi Gras)

Where in the world would you love to visit?

The terracotta army in China.

What would you do on an ideal date?

Meet at a mutually agreeable venue and drink coffee, no alcohol as I will be driving.
OR
A quiet drive to some nice location does not need to be near the sea, a wander around any flea markets if there are any then stop by a nice quiet Bistro on the way to anywhere, then a leisurely slow drive back home.

What are you looking for in a partner?

A lady who likes some (not all) but some of my pastimes and I can over time get to know her pastimes.

What makes a good relationship?

I DON'T do drama, what's the point?
I believe that a good relationship is where WE can BOTH see each other's point of view.

What makes you laugh?

I like to laugh at myself especially when I do something wrong.

What music do you like?

My music taste is eclectic, 50's,60's, some 70's and some classical.

What I'm actually looking for
You have read my profile and you like what you see. I am only on this site to meet a lady who is looking for a "Long Term Relationship". I don't want tens and tens of emails going backwards and forwards, I am sure I will know and so will you if we are to progress to the next stage which is a meeting where I will travel to meet you. This of course would happen after Covid 19 clears. As an update, I have now vaccinations 1 & 2 the follow up and the Autumn booster making 4 in total.

I will do my research beforehand on TripAdvisor etc. I ask the wine waiter after all this person is this particular wine good with steak OR is this particular wine good with fish, all planned because by now I will now know my partner's food and beverages likes ( wine or tea or coffee )
