Varied career including media, academia and global corporations but mostly ( oh ok fully) retired now and looking for a mates/buddy/best friend/and possibly partner. Love budget travel and have 104 countries under my belt, some of the latest two being, Lapland ( Finland and Sweden) Egypt, Lebanon and Syria. Also regularly gallivanting in the U.K. and love old road exploring.

Play Irish music to amuse myself on mandolin and mandola and badly on the fiddle.Now got a guitar and a Boss RC20XL loop pedal and getting down with the kids having originally played classical guitar ( cough) years ago as a teenager.

Looking for a number of friends / a best friend / soulmate to share life laughs and adventures with.The more challenging, creative, problem solving snd quirky the better! Not a fan of the mundane and definitely not ready for settling down.

More a jeans type of girl but can posh up if necessary but not a high heels type as at 5ft10 ins ( nearly 6ft in my trainers) I don’t need them.
Not a fan of housework but can do my share.
Two grown up sons who have left home and are busy with their own lives but I occasionally need to spend time with my mum -but not intrusively so!

There must be someone out there who doesn’t take themselves too seriously, doesn’t want to be too serious and who wants to enjoy life.
