Hello there and thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

Ok here we go then, happy genuine honest, solvent/self sufficient, semi-retired, single guy (approx 10 years now maybe a bit longer), car driver, very easy going, animal lover, likes most things including, cinema, theatre, live music, meals in/out, countryside/garden, swimming, pilates, the odd game of golf and my golf can be very odd sometimes, trips to coastal locations (love the sea), travel, holidays, willing to try anything at least once (dont knock it if you have not tried it), but most of all I do like a good laugh and a fun time, it's got to be the best medicine in the world.

Trying to lose a few pounds and feel a bit more fitter and healthier (long overdue but never too late) so into keeping fit, well sort of in my own way,if you know what I mean, does seem to be working though, all be it very slowly, maybe I should release a DVD!

Lost over 7 stone in weight and still losing weight so look a bit different now and feel a lot fitter and healthier, have put some new photos of the new slimmer me online minus the weight.

P.S The terrible decor in my photos came with the recent purchase of the house, has now gone never to be seen again!
